A course does not replace professional registration or permission required by State or local law.
Do not perform regulated, invasive or high-risk procedures without lawful authority and competent supervision.
Effective 6 September 2026. These terms should be reviewed by the academy’s qualified Indian legal adviser before publication.
By enrolling, paying a fee, activating course access or using academy learning materials, the learner confirms that they have read and accepted these terms together with the course-specific information shown at the time of enrolment. If you do not agree, do not enrol or access the course.
Course enrolment is generally final once payment is completed and course access, credentials or digital study materials have been issued or activated. Cancellation, transfer or refund is not ordinarily available after access begins. Any exception will be handled only under the academy’s written policy or where required by applicable law. A learner should review the syllabus, sample documents, fees and assessment terms and ask questions before paying.
The learner must verify the selected course, payable amount, payment schedule, inclusions, assessment structure, certificate format, delivery arrangements and current refund terms. Payments should be made only through an academy-authorised link or method. Keep the transaction receipt and enrolment communication.
Academy programmes provide education and skill development in wellness-related subjects. Course content is not a substitute for individual medical diagnosis, emergency treatment, psychiatric care, legal advice or treatment from an appropriately licensed professional.
Completion of an academy course does not by itself grant a medical licence, government registration, statutory recognition or permission to perform any regulated clinical procedure. Learners may use only professional titles and services lawfully supported by their prior qualifications, registrations and local rules.
Before offering consultations, treatments, acupuncture, needling, therapeutic procedures, nutrition services or any wellness service, the learner must independently check the laws, licensing rules, professional standards, advertising restrictions and permitted scope of practice in their State, Union Territory and local jurisdiction. Requirements can differ by location and can change.
The learner is solely responsible for deciding whether and how to use course knowledge in professional activity. To the extent permitted by law, Sukrit Holistic Academy is not responsible for unauthorised practice, breach of local law, professional misconduct, unsafe application, client complaints, penalties, losses or claims arising from a learner acting outside their lawful competence or scope.
Do not perform invasive, high-risk or unfamiliar techniques without the qualifications, sterile equipment, clinical environment, supervision and legal permission required for that activity. Stop any practice that causes concerning symptoms and seek appropriately qualified medical help. Emergency conditions require emergency services.
Needling and other skin-penetrating procedures carry risks including pain, bleeding, bruising, infection, fainting, nerve or organ injury and other complications. Course viewing alone is not sufficient authority to perform such procedures. Learners must follow applicable law, infection-control standards, contraindications, consent requirements and competent supervised training.
Nutrition plans, fasting practices and lifestyle changes may be unsuitable for some people, including children, pregnant or breastfeeding persons, older adults, people using medication, and those with diabetes, eating disorders or other health conditions. Obtain appropriate medical advice before significant dietary or fasting changes.
Meditation, breathwork and chakra-balancing content is provided for wellness education and does not replace mental-health or medical care. A participant should stop if a practice causes significant distress, dizziness or other concerning effects and seek appropriate professional support.
The academy does not guarantee employment, income, client results, business success, cure, prevention of disease or identical learning outcomes. Testimonials describe individual experiences. Results depend on the learner’s effort, prior qualifications, circumstances and lawful application.
Access information is sent to the registered contact details after successful enrolment. The learner is responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining a suitable device and stable internet connection, protecting login details and checking spam or promotions folders. Access must not be shared.
Schedules, mentors and session formats may change for operational reasons. Live doubt sessions and mentorship are educational support within programme scope and do not create a doctor–patient, therapist–client, employment or business-advisory relationship.
Learners must complete assessments honestly and follow examination instructions. Impersonation, answer sharing, unauthorised assistance, recording or distribution of exam content, manipulation of results or submission of another person’s work may lead to invalidation, suspension or termination, subject to applicable policy and law.
A certificate, diploma or marksheet is issued only after the learner meets the applicable course, examination, practical, identity and verification requirements. Document format, dispatch and processing depend on the enrolled programme. The academy may correct clerical errors and investigate suspected fraud.
Videos, notes, e-books, examinations, templates, graphics and other academy materials are for the enrolled learner’s personal study unless written permission states otherwise. Copying, reselling, uploading, recording, distributing, republishing or creating competing course material from academy content is prohibited to the extent permitted by law.
Learners must communicate respectfully with staff, mentors and other learners. Harassment, threats, abusive conduct, discrimination, unlawful activity, spam or disruption of sessions may result in restricted support or access under applicable policy, without limiting legal rights.
The academy may use email, Zoom, WhatsApp, Razorpay or other third-party services. Those services have their own terms, privacy practices and availability. The academy is not responsible for an independent third party’s outage, security incident or policy, except to the extent responsibility cannot be excluded by law.
The academy aims to keep course and website information accurate. It may update content, resources, schedules, mentors, assessment processes or administrative procedures to improve delivery or meet operational or legal needs. Material changes affecting an enrolled learner will be handled under applicable terms and law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the academy is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from misuse of course information, unlawful practice, failure to follow safety guidance, third-party services or decisions made without appropriate professional advice. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Send a complaint with your name, course, payment or enrolment reference, relevant dates and supporting material to the academy. The parties should first attempt a good-faith written resolution through academy management before starting formal proceedings, where appropriate.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer protections and any court or authority that has jurisdiction under applicable law, disputes connected with the academy or an enrolment will be subject to courts of competent jurisdiction at Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, and to the High Court of Madhya Pradesh at its Principal Seat in Jabalpur where that Court has jurisdiction.
If any part of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent legally possible. These terms do not remove any right or remedy that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Always work within your education, competence, professional registration and local legal scope. Seek qualified supervision for practical skills and refer people to an appropriately licensed healthcare professional when a situation is outside your scope.
